Where are my scans stored? On your iPhone, inside SoftCopy. Deleting the app deletes them, so share anything you want to keep as a PDF first.

The scanner won't open. Allow camera access in Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera > SoftCopy.

Why is there a watermark on my PDF? Free exports include a small SoftCopy watermark. SoftCopy Pro removes it.

Can I search inside a document? Yes. Use the search field on the History tab; it matches titles and the text on every page.

How do I restore SoftCopy Pro on a new iPhone? Open SoftCopy Pro from the More tab and tap Restore.

How do I cancel SoftCopy Pro? In Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then SoftCopy Pro.
